do they make a longer clutch adjustment rod for a 1969 ford f100 three speed?

im looking for and adjustment rod that is longer than stock part.do they make one and if so where can i get it??
 
shouldnt need to change it unless you have change the transmission so way so that it is not where it was stock and then you would have to guess or make one yourself but you might use rod from the transmission that your using really if it dont work you got anothe r problem like throwout bearing not right
