Do they make a belly button ring that you wear during sports?

i'm in cheerleading and I just got my belly button pierced about four to three weeks ago and practice is starting in about a week or so. I'm not allowed to ware it during practice and I was wondering if they made a spiecal ring that goes in but is safe for doing sports like cheering. Does anyone know? and if there is can you give me a link or tell me what they call them? Thank you!
 
maybe you can get a pregnancy belly ring? it would stick out less. you could also look into clear retainer rings.
