Do they fix broken button/switches on electronics at Best Buy, Circuit city,...

...etc. without warranty? i broke the on/off switch on my SONY Easy Cam and my parents didn't get insurance or warranty for some lazy reasons. I was wondering if they would fix it. For a price of course.
Also can you recommend which place would be the best in terms of quality
 
I'm not sure if they would repair it for you at a store, but you can look up a way to repair it yourself or find a shop near you that could fix it for you.

How old is it? probably at least has a one year manufacturer warranty, go to where you bought it from (hopefully best buy) and they should be able to hook you up with the manufacturers so you can send it out (unless you still have the papers from the packaging in which case you can just send it out yourself). Best buy and circuit city don't fix things like that in store, they always send it out. Hope this helps.
