Do they drug test all babys meconium in Texas?

I hope they do drug test her.
Doing drugs during pregnancy is NOT something to mess around with. Your friend is amazingly stupid.
 
This is a question about My friend who is pregnant . She has smoked MJ occasionally throughout her pregnancy for severe nausea and morning sickness. She recently quit at 30 weeks so she will be clean for when she delivers the baby but What are the chances of them testing the babys meconium?? Especially since it wont be in HER system or the babys.

If you do not know TEXAS law then please dont respond. Thanks for your help.

Also, I just found a law that it is a Felony to smoke MJ while pregnant in Texas. Anyone ever had any PERSONAL experience with this??
OBVIOUSLY you as*holes cant READ!!! I said ONLY if you have experience with it. I dont need to hear your opinions. Im sure your stuck up attitudes are MUCH more harmful than smoking a lil MJ. Read the FACTS!!!
 
Do you know how many people lose thier baby out of reasons they cannot control? People who spend years trying to conceive for the RIGHT reason. Your "friend" is sick, and so are you, if you were a friend you would have turned her in for what she is doing. I am eight weeeks pregnant and have had three miscarriages which were out of my control every single one killed me a little more inside, and i didnt drink smoke do drugs nothing, i was healthy, and I still cry myself to sleep over what I have been through, and now finally I am pregnant again and all looks well, but my hear breaks when i see immature messed up girls like you and your friend or the 13 and 14 years on here talking about your mistakes and what should you do, if you dont know the answer to something as common sense as what you did , then you or your friend should be sewn shut so you dont bring a child into a world with you as their mother. Being a mother is about putting aside your selfish needs for a new life for that child, tell your friend to get help, or put that baby up for adoption, if she thinks she wont get caught, think again it will happen, the sad thing is, the damage to that baby may already be done and when the baby grows up to be an adult and is handicapped or braindamaged that MOTHER IS THE ONE TO BLAME FOR HER STUPIDTY
 
...wow i dont think they test drugs at all for babys or mothers unless someone called down to CPS and reported something, then they might.

EDIT: and its illegal to smoke "MJ" even when not pregnant, unless u have a green card.
and i dont mean the ones for mexicains.

to help with moprning sickness? thats bull! that would not help morning sickness at all and would hurt the baby! your "friend" is a disgusting human being,i hope they lock her trashy a** up forever and give her baby to a real parent!!!
 
Not every baby is born with meconium, that is a risk and can be harmful to a baby. It is illegal to do any kind of drug while pregnant and the baby will be taken from the mother if the baby tests positive.
