my sister has the cliq and the people at t-mobile have sent her a new one. it was still giving her trouble and they had her do a factory reset on four different occasions. and they won't send her a new phone, or let us buy a new one at the price an upgrade is.
we have a great plan, we have 5 phone lines and our bill is 170, tops. we don't really want to switch but if they keep coming out with new phones that just cause frustration, we're going to sprint like my aunt did, yesterday.
