Do the Live trial cards that come packed in with PC games work on the Xbox 360?

A Big Lots near me is selling Viva Pinata & The Club for PC packed with a 1 month Live Trial for $4. So what I want to know is if I could use the trial card to get a month of Live on my Xbox 360. Thanks in advance.
