Do the Laws of Physics require a Law Maker? Job 38: 33?

4 Laws
Strong Nuclear Force
Weak Nuclear Force
Electromagnetic Force
Gravity
These forces are responsible for all properties and changes affecting Matter.
If Electromagnetic force was slightly weaker Electrons would not be held around the Nucleus of atoms - molecules could not form.
If slightly stronger, Electrons would be trapped on the Nucleus of Atoms - no chemical reactions would be possible.
If Gravity was slightly weaker nuclear fusion could not take place in Stars - no Sun, no life.
If Gravity were slightly stronger stars would burn faster and hotter for shorter lifetimes - Earth can only take a slight increase of temperature before life would cease to exist.
If Strong nuclear force were just 2% weaker only hydrogen would exist and no other elements.
If Strong nuclear force were slightly stronger Hydrogen would not exist just heavy elements.
If Weak nuclear force were slightly weaker or stronger stars would either burn too hot and die or too cool and die. So why do we call them Laws since implication is there must be a Law giver? Man made the Laws? No. Nothing made the Laws? A thinking person would say no. The singularity made the Laws? Close. Final question:
How did a singularity explode and get it right the FIRST time?
All - Hey the simple fact that life could not exist without these laws and the fact that the singularity MUST out of necessity first contain the potential for everything that comes from it demands a reason or cause. The singularity existed in an environment without these Laws - By definition it would be impossible for it to explode without these laws.
The Simple reasoning is A person makes a rule = God made these laws.
