do steroids show up on a military drug test?

ive heard some people say yes and no but i thought they would have to send the test somewhere else in order to test for steroids, and its not cheap. im asking this because im about 90% sure i know a few guys who are doing it and if it shows up on your typical urine test.

They would test it only if they had reason to suspect. Don't kid yourself, they'd spend the money.
 
If you do drugs in the military you will most likely get caught or get away with it. Just like any other drug tests. If you do steroids, you most likely look like you do steroids, so they will probably test you for it.
It's not worth rolling the dice.
 
Yes and no most drug tests do not pick it up however a % of those samples i be it small % are tested for riods and if someone suspects your juicing you can be tested for it, the bottom line is most of the time you could get away with it unless you go overboard and blow up in a few months and your chain of command notices
