I started a sprint-work out routine. 6-8 100 meter sprints. I would go 100% full power the first couple of sprints, but I would get too tired to keep it up at 100%, so I would go down to maybe 60%.
Anyway, will my 8 minute mile pace decrease to maybe 7:30 by doing sprints during the week?
