Personally I try to please a girl more than think about me. But when a girl throws some moves in it's never a bad thing :)
 
I think most people care about pleasing their partner first, I know it is the most important aspect of sex for me. Further, I work very hard to make sure it is both pleasing and satisfying for my lady. I am sure like everything there are a select few that only think about themselves
