I brought three bird hangers yesterday and not a nibble to be taken,so i placed a floor table down hoping a black bird might be tempted ,but nope ...so I asked here yesterday if town birds were a bit slow,I was Told that they prefer town scraps from shops and stuff..is this true. and the stuff i was offering bird seed,sunflower seeds and peanuts and meal-worms was inferior to crumbs from shoppers etc.
I used to feed birds when i lived in the country,im wondering if its a new thing i have to get used to..dim witted towny birds..
