Do Scorpio people find out alot about someone to use it against them in an argument?!?

It seems like they have unlimited info when insulting someone. That's why people get so hurt when they insult them. And, they do it FAST like ''bam!'' right back into their face... They must study people to find their weakness then exploit it in the argument right?! Scorpios you ever did this ?
