Do ringtones from Ventones work for iPhone with the latest version of iTunes?

In the last week i bought an iphone 3G and i jailbroke it, and i am using the latest version of iTunes (downloaded 11/27/09).. does anyone know if the ventones ringtone site will work the way they tell you to with this new version of iTunes?
