Do pituitary tumors always detected in blood tests?

I have posted before about my quest to find our what has been making me ill for nearly seven years. I was telling someone my symptoms and they suggested that a pituitary tumor might be the cause. I know that many of them are benign and just cause symptoms. Do they all change hormone levels in blood tests? I have had an increased wbc cound several times over the years but nothing else noticeable.

These are the things I have been dealing with.
Often

Nausea
Vomiting
Tender, sore stomach, sometimes sharp pains
Tired
Lack of concentration and memory
Lightheaded
Headaches (I have had them since I was a child.)
Skip periods for up to four months at a time.

Sporadically

Achy muscles, ribs, and sore neck (under ears to collar bone)
Sharp pains in lower back
Sore areas on skin for no apparent reason with light bruising. This started recently.
Chills, a few times over the past couple of weeks.

Something is wrong. I just desperately want to find out what and hope that it is an easy fix. Thank you for any input.

Oh man, I swear I am not a twit. I changed my mind on how to word the title half way through and posted it before I realized what a messed up sentence it was. lol I should have written ARE not do.

not sure, but I have all of your symptoms with the exception of vomiting and skipping periods!
When do you seem to get your aches? I recently discovered I get it the few days before my period. I don't remember these lining up like this, but it has flared up during the last two months during this time.
They keep testing me for autoimmune (RA and ANA) and thyroid, but it always comes back normal.

They keep checking me for the same. The only thing that ever comes back a little high is my wbc count. The aches have been constant for nearly two weeks now. Before that, it was mostly at night and first thing in the morning every so often, no particular time. Have you been given any ideas what could be wrong, if you don't mind me asking?

not so far, I am thinking about going and seeing a rheumetolgist anyways since I've just been seeing my GP (who surprisingly knows alot about that stuff). I always feel like there is something bigger going on that they have yet to figure out.
