Do people still make speeches...rant and rave in that London Park?

Can't remember the name of Park.
Are public speeches too dangerous in these times.
Or has the internet killed it?

Something similar ...but on a much smaller scale,I would imagine, went on at Corner of 42nd and 8th in NYC in the sixties.
 
most of them now reside in the house of commons,but the newer breed still stand at Hyde Park corner talking boll-cks.
