...in our poltical culture? I know that we have made huge progress, but it seems that people still have a huge problem, particularly, when a white woman is with a man of another race. I presume this is because a white woman can produce offspring, which a white man cannot. Do people have problems with interracial marriages, particularly when the woman is white?
 
honestly i dont give a rats azz about other peoples relationships, i dont care if they are black, white, mexican, gay, or straight
 
i personally do not have an issue with it. I don't care if it's a White woman with a Black man, a Black woman with a White man, a White woman with a White man, or a Black woman with a Black man. in fact (getting into the subject of gay marriage a little), it can even be any combination of man with man or woman with woman.

Unfortunately,, though, my opinion is not the shared with everyone. As you said, there has been huge progress made, but there is still rasism out there. So there are people that will have an issue with it, no matter if it is a White woman with a Black man or a Black woman with a White man.
 
I couldn't care less but, you're right, there are people who are put off by it. Probably because most of them don't know anybody personally in mixed relationships.

I'm not particularly hot for women of other races but, I have met a few that I could conceivably see myself with so, who am I to criticize couples who just worked out that way.

I pity the extra burden they have because of 'some people' who are not busy enough with their own lives to not let it bother them.
 
Not me. I could care less.

I'm a proud white male republican, and I have two adopted Korean sisters. I have nothing against any other races, just ignorant people and their stupid political ideologies.
 
It took centuries of inbreeding for northern europeans to acquire blond hair. When a blonde has children with a black father their offspring and descendants will never be blond again, which is very regrettable in my opinion.
 
I don't care what people want to do, and can pair up with whoever they want.

I just hope we don't all become one big mass of the same color of people, because cultures are forgotten when that happens.

Example: American Indians - they have inter-mixed with just about EVERY race in America. Almost everyone you know can claim some Native American Heritage.
The problem with this, is that the Native American culture is just about extinct. It's unfortunate, but not a whole lot you can do about it, I guess.
 
Yes, I am convinced that absolutely all people still "have a problem" with it, which is why it never happens, since, if "people" object to it, no one will do it.

I hope you meant to ask whether or not *some* people still have a problem. Yes, there will always be *some* people who object. But they did not make the laws and they will not be able to change the laws. So whichever people do object, too bad for them.
 
Well there is only One Race and that is the Human race . Though there is a lot of variety . I think it makes life so interesting . So obviously I do not have a problem with it .
 
It is up to the individual really. America as a whole will never agree on anything 100%, especially something polarizing such as interracial relationships. I think as our society moves on there will be less and less issue taken with interracial relationships, but racism is still alive within many people.
 
Personally I prefer white woman over blacks, hispanics etc

But I don't care what other people decide to do
