"Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." -Babe Ruth
That quote is about baseball but you can really apply it to life. A life where you walk around constantly thinking that people don't like who you are and you yourself don't like yourself because you're afriad of being a mistake in life is not a way to live life. It's hell. Get a haircut or a makeover so you can gain some confidence, talk to you're family and friend and tell them you're down and need them to compliment you, smile. even though you don't mean it eventually the fake smiling will become real, and physically hold yourself better. Stop thinking and start doing. Get involved with some community work so you'll feel more self worth. Depression and mental disabilities like depression can be overcome by you, not medicines. Don't allow yourself to think negatively. Have some self disipline.
That way of thinking is crazy. People who don't know you and haven't even talk to you can't make extreme judgements like you're crazy and if they do then they are crazy. What you're thinking is not realistic and you have to tell yourself that.
And even if they are thinking that, which their not is most probabilities, who cares? If some stranger thinks you're crazy or wierd then why care? It won't effect you if a person you don't give a care about thinks something of you. And it's not a competition on who has everything together. The only person anyone should compete with is themselves. You worry about yourself and not what other people are thinking. You improve yourself and say hell to the people who you think are "judging" you.
Telling yourself that you have something wrong with you or a disorder isn't going to do you any good. Before you even start to think you have something like that try to tough it out unless you've been dealing with it for years and it's completley obstructing you're life. But I don't think you have a disorder. Everyone can be like this including myself. You just have to pick yourself up and get in a different mind set.
Good luck!
