Malays are ? Tun Mahathir when you are Prime Minister, most of Government servant, building project done and Minister are Malays ?

The scenario we see:

Minister in country= Which race has higher % ?
( Malay / Chinese / Indian / Indian muslim / Sikh / etc)

Which race has higher % from top to low Government servant include education, police, medical & etc ?
 
There has never been any evidence or scientific study that found any differences in intellectual capability between races. There are educational deficiencies in some societies and some religious beliefs prevent some societies form advancing in some disciplines.
