(I used the blah blah for filler since I didn't have time to rephrase it into 20 letters) Anyway I'm wondering why when we have something in our eye like dust or some small piece of dirt that it disappears after a while? I mean I know the tears or eye fluid has some type thing that probably helps it but I've always wondered if that really was the case. If not then where does the dirt go? I've never ever gotten anything out of my eye(except of course that thing that forms after sleep), it just disappears after keeping it closed for a few seconds. So what happens exactly?
