Do only men wear condoms in sex?

Im virgin and just wondering. do they? cuz it seems like you would have to use tape or something to get the condom to stay on and not shrivel up and go in the woman.
 
There are female condoms, that are very much like bags inside the woman's vagina.. However these are not commonly used whereas male condoms are. Believe me they are designed so that they will not shrivel up and be left inside the woman.

Nope, there is a newish condom for girls too. But I don't think the man and the woman wear a condom at the same time. And I have no idea how a girl is suppost to put a condom in their vagg.... It's all confusing to me lol.
