I am doing a science project and i can't find any research. So if you have any good reserch pages on this please tell me.

what most people don't know is having your mind at "peace" as you can say tends to slow your heart rate down... most people can listen to this and feel relexed and have no worries thus decreasing their heart rate

The sound itself doesn't have any effect on the heart rate.

But the sound effect the humans brain, especially the emotion of a human and thus lead to slower rate.

I would imagine it would if that relaxes you. Anything you might find relaxing can slow your heart rate. Just lye down and listen to some easy listening music.

yes they sell relaxation tapes and machines to help you relax and sleep that play nature noises
