Do my 2007 Toyota Corolla (LE) have an alarm system?

after two years of driving my car, it finally hit me that I havnt once noticed that my car has an alarm system. I do see a little security thing next to my steering wheel with a red light beeping when I leave my car but I never heard my car go off. Is there even an alarm system for my car? And if there is, how do i set it?
