Do most universities except the IB in Britain? Including universities that do

fashion/textiles courses/? I'm trying to chose between the IB and A levels at the moment. I like the idea of the broader range of subjects that th IB offers but at the moment my career ideas lean towards fashion/textiles. I was wondering if universities would accept the IB along with an art and design GCSE (I have a Textiles GCSE).
