Do most soldiers smoke? What would you think if the army tried to ban soldiers from

smoking? I saw something online that somebody from the American Army wanted to ban soldiers from smoking at all. Do you think this could ever happen. I am hoping to join and know you have to be fit but it seems crazy that you wouldn't be allowed to smoke. I'm 17 and have been smoking since I was 14 but am fit enough. The lads I know in the army all seem to smoke too - do most soldiers smoke?
 
Once upon a time you could smoke in Hospitals...In this society of people trying to dictate what others can do it wouldn't surprise me to find out they try to ban smoking even from people who give their lives to defend their country.

If they defend the country they have every right to kill themselves smoking cigarettes ;)
 
some do...some don't...like the rest of us.

i doubt they would ever ban Soldiers smoking...they have enough stress!! and..they are mostly outdoors so to ban their right to smoke would be like living in a dictatorship - not a democracy!!
