Do most Honda preludes see over 200,000 miles?

I've been looking at the 97-01 preludes lately (beautiful cars), but it seems like theres alot with blown motors at 150,000 miles. I dont know if its cause bad maintenance or what, I have read the h22a burns oil if u use the vtec alot (reving to 5200 rpm alot). Just wanna run it past someone who knows more bout em. I love Hondas and all mine ran forever, civic, 2 accords, crx and my acura integra.
 
they only last til 200,000 miles if you NEVER floor it...i couldn't do that. i have a pickup truck and i floor it every time i take it out at least once. If you have a heavy foot at all, that prelude will be dead at 90,000 miles
