I don't fully accept him yet, I'm still in favor of Phil Hughes. I don't mind him much either, but then again I'm just waiting for an opportunity to tell everyone how Shane Watson doesn't deserve the spot.
But whether I like it or not, I have to admit he is doing a fine job as of now. We all still need to see him in some more tests to see if he can keep up the consistency. I have watched Shane Watson in ODIs, and his performances have convinced me he can be somewhat of a careless batsman.
I'm also going to dish out some criticism to Hughes -- he hasn't been showing consistency at domestic level either.
