If "There are millions of Mexican citizens, both in Mexico and in the U.S., as well as millions of Chicanos (Mexican Americans) who openly discuss the dream of repatriating all of that lost territory. Many believe that continued illegal immigration and super-high birth rates among immigrants will eventually accomplish the goal, is that the quest ?
 
most illegals aren't even smart enough to realize it's almost 2010, so obviously any moron knows they crossed the border, the border didn't cross them.

No. Always keep in mind that most of the illegal aliens in this country, and most of the Mexican Nationals in Mexico, have fifth grade educations. That is a preference in many, many cases, by the way, and most certainly a preference on the part of the Mexican Government. Their knowledge of these things comes from a pop radio playing music 90% of the time. They have no idea what the facts are.
