M mannequin New member Jul 12, 2009 #1 Im going to eat 30 grams of carbs a day for 2 weeks, Will i go into ketosis? And will i lose weight slower because i am not as big, im 5'3 and 131 pounds. What foods are carb free or very low? Any experiences with low carb diets?!?
