begrudge people who earn more than they do?
vindicat, easy, Vonnegut was a classic Ivory Tower Liberal pontificating from on high ( His NYC Penthouse) about the plight of the working man. Vonnegut made millions on several books, many bestsellers, and on movie rights.
 
Those liberals wouldn't have had there wealth if it wasn't for capitalism. There is no conflict between their wealth and conservative principles. Actually, Buffet and Soros benefited in particular from deregulation. Now that they're so wealthy, they're probably just afraid young upstarts will become more wealthy than them, so now they're in favor of more liberal regulation.

Buffet? Are you serious. Gore and Clinton made their bones on tax payer money, IE, you, me and the rest of the country.
