do leopard geckos eat Garden worms?(read on b 4 u start criticizing)?

i was wondering, if i could get some Garden worms and put them in a tub. then breed them and feed my leopard geckos the baby's.. would that be ok?? because they are only small and wont carry diseases? i don't think lol. i don't think im going to try it but just out of curiosity??
 
I wouldn't do it personally.

Just breed crickets in a tub. It's just as easy.

Or even mealworms.

I wouldn't trust anything from outside, I rarely feed mine spiders I find in the house.
