Do Law Firms care where you got your J.D. from if you go to a really good

school for your L.L.M.? I have a scholarship to a 3rd tier school but I also got accepted to few 50 schools. I want to practice tax law so I'm planning on getting my L.L.M. when I graduate. Does it matter if I go to this 3rd tier school or a top 50 school if I'm getting my l.l.m.? I want to go to uf or um or nyu for my tax llm. I have a 3.4 and lsat 162 and URM.
