Do kids under a certain age get in free to major league baseball/NBA games?

I am not too sure if they do. I tried looking on their website but we have a 2 and a 3 year old as well as our 11 month old son and 3 adults that we want to take to an ARizona Diamond Backs game but I am not sure if we need to buy tickets for the kids. I know my 11 month old but I am not sure about the 2 and 3 year old. When I go to buy tickets it just says quantity of ADULT tickets and nothing for kids. Please help.
 
I think kids 2 and under get in free. But, the only reason they do, is 'cause they're not even old enough to understand whats happening in the game.
