Do Kicker CVRs Really Pound?

Do the Kicker CVRs deliver ground pounding bass, or are they weak? (I mean two 12" or 15" Kicker CVRs in a ported box). They are rated 50 - 800 watts RMS. Does anyone know if they will turn heads or not? Someone said with these, people will hear you before they see you, is this true? Thanks.
 
yes they will turn heads, a 200 watt sub powered correctly in a ported encclosure will rattle shit outside your car it wont be music they hear it will be your trunk and fenders rattling making noise.
