No. It is a problem with young people wanting to be "in" with the world. It is hard for them to understand how all things have consequences, especially in dress. How one dresses sends a message to others without a word being spoken.
The latest Awake! magazine has an article on just this subject. It shows our main concern no matter what the age is representing Jehovah. We never want to become a stumbling block to some one looking to find the truth of God. That is why we try to dress modestly at all times.
Another viewpoint is the case of Jessica Simpson. I bring her up because from an early age, she was in a job that required women to look like 300 lb. hags. The uglier the better. So her family tried everything to uglier her up. Coveralls, jackets everything but it could not hide what was there.
Now I don't mean to suggest she is anything about Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a fact though that some will always look better than normal no matter what they put on.
