do it your self front brake change on a 1999 toyota 2.7L?

I was wondering if it easy to change my own brakes on my 4runner with the help of a friend if needed. thanks. if yes, can you please link me to a site that may contain step by step directions.
 
i'm thinking about doing this on my mom's previa too and i've been watching video's on youtube they look pretty straight forward.

just look up "how to change disc brakes" on youtube. plus its a video so its even more detailed than instructions because they show you how to do every step.
