do insurance companies give credit to first time sport bike buyers if i have 10+...

I have been racing motocross for 14 years and when i wanted to purchase insurance for a 650cc it was through the roof. Im positive they wont care about the experience you have. I would suggest getting it put in your dads name if possible. Im sure insurance companies frown on this but it saves you big time. I know some of my friends my age are paying like 300/month on insurance cause they have a couple points on their license.
 
Not sure about the USA but in the Uk the only experience they take into account is on road experience i should imagine the same as motocross has no relevance to road bikes in terms of hazards to look out for.
