Do I use gasket sealtant for the case on a Honda Ct70?

on a honda engine, the best sealer i have ever used is a product called "honda bond" it is sold by honda dealers and does a very good job if you follow the directions on the package. if you do not have access to this product, then use an anerobic sealer made by such companies as permatez corp. it also does a very good job on aluminum cases
 
I have the entire engine apart and ready for rebuild, but i dont know if im supposed to use sealant on the case. I remember there was when i split the case but what kind and how much would i use?
