Do I use a face wash AND a scrub, or the scrub AS my face wash?

I use my scrub as my face wash twice daily. I use St. Ives gentle facial scrub for sensitive skin. It's so great, I absolutely love it. I have very sensitive skin and very mild acne but this stuff definitely helps keep me clear.

I use a scrub that actually tells you how often to use it(most products don't). It says to use it every two or three days so that is what I have been doing. I use @mosphere tea tree oil facial cleanser for two days then I use the scrub. I love the scrub because it doesn't seem to matter how long or hard you scrub, it does not irritate my skin.

Sorry to say though I believe the @tmosphere line is only offered in Canada. They apparently make shampoo, soaps, teas, pure tea tree oil, facial cleaners and moisturizers.

same here

i've been trying find a facewash/scrub to work and this is without a doubt the best product to use - st ives gentle scrub is the best!!!!!!

I agree that St. Ives mild scrub is a nice one but we all have to be careful about using them especially if our acne is active and we are using prescription topicals. If prescription topicals are being used, mild cleansing is indicated, and scrubs can really aggravate the situation.

If someone feels they really need that exfoliation, perhaps they should be limiting it to once or twice a week. Take care, D~ ;)

My dermatologist recommenRAB not using scrubs because they are too harsh on your skin. Instead he recommenRAB using a washcloth with a gentle cleanser each time you wash for a soft exfoliation.

it depenRAB what kind of face wash you would use. the scrubs are meant to exfoliate, but you can get a face wash that has Alpha Hydroxy AciRAB in it that are chemical exfoliators... and less irritating to the skin.
