Do I sweat out a few lbs of water everytime I'm on the bike path?

It seems like everytime I'm on the bike path, I always seem to sweat out a couple lbs of water. I do about an hour and a half in the morning and a hr and a half at night? So would that mean I sweat off all the water I retained from dinner?
 
That would be about accurate. Not to say that you sweated out the water from your dinner, but yes you could easily lose a couple of pounds during a very strenuous workout. You could try an experiment and weigh yourself before and after a workout. If you plan to drink water on your exercise, just weigh yourself with your full waterbottle before, and then afterwards weigh yourself with the empty waterbottle.
