Do I still get Cal Grant (any category) if I get scholarships?

Let's say the scholarship pays 1/2 of my tuition or full tuition. Will scholarship affect Pell grant? If I can get a enough money from Cal Grant to cover my college tuition, then what is the point of scholarships for me (assuming I qualify for cal grant and get a full ride scholarship?)
