Do I register my 1937 DeSoto Sedan manufacturer as Chrysler or Dodge?

I recently purchased the above vehicle & have some paperwork with it, the Certificate Of Title from the USA issued in 2010 has it down as a Dodge under the make and nothing under model. I understood that Chrysler were the makers of the Sedan & they also made the Dodge which was a different car! I have to fill in Manufacturer, Make and Model on my V355/5 and am now unsure what to put.

I should point out that it was imported from the USA to the UK last year & I'm registering it for the first time over here.

Thanks for answers already. As per question it IS a Sedan, so I know to put:
Make - DeSoto.
Model - Sedan.
I just wanted clarification on manufacturer.
