Do I qualify for the PHR testing?

I was an exempt store manager for 14 years with a grocery chain with full HR responsibilities. I took numerous HR related courses/classes to gain a "HR Certification" though the company I worked for. I was responsible for everything that happened in my four walls with the exception of issues dealing with unionization. Will this experience allow me to qualify for the PHR testing?
