Do I qualify for overtime pay even though I am a salary employee? Are there any NJ laws

that ...? Are there any NJ state laws that enable me to appeal for pay?
I work 9-6pm Mon-Fri. Through the summer months, I have worked over 12 hour days including weekends. My pay check remained the same because I am under a salary contract. I need to know if pass a certain number of worked hours, do employees qualify for overtime pay even though we are salary? Please help!

I did not sign a contract... only an offer letter. There were no detailed agreements.
 
That's why it's called salary. You get paid the same amount whether you work 70 hours a week or 20. If your hours have been increasing with you workload, just ask for a raise or for the to get you help.
