do i need to worry about a 2000 honda ody trans with 140k .?

we are looking to purch a used oddy and i know they had problems 99-03, but am i past the problem mileage with this many miles and are safe?

Look into a 04 it will b better my mother owns 1 its used 2nd owner n its a hell of a van
about a 00 dont know much but if they replaced it with the warranty then theres non worry
usually all honda auto trannys are bad they spend more money into a motor development then the drive train
