Do i need to skip gym when muscles are still sore?

My workout is basically composed of Compound exercises split into routines.
an example would be, one legged clean and press
pushups, pullups, intensity jog, clean and press, dumbell swing, etc
so basically, i work with minimal rest and really push my muscles into soreness during my workout
which in the end of every workout, i get sore for 1-2 days. the problem is,
since the workouts are compound, when i hit the gym again, some muscles i need for my new types of compound workouts are still sore! what is a getaround for this? i dont wanna do bodybuilding exercises because im really fixing to burn fat + be lean but endure like crazy and be explosively strong
