Do I need to say the lock code in samsung dealer?

i am ready to replace my samsung phone (becuase it randomly shuts off),but i have already put the lock code on it...but i set all files unlocked,do i need to say to the replacer the password on it so that they will fix it and allow me to replace the phone??

actually,my phone is Samsung CorbyPRO B5310...
please answer serious...i don't need FAR ANSWERS...
