Do I need to re-apply for financial aid?

I filled out the FAFSA form for financial aid in Nov. 2009 and am about to apply to a college, I thought I was going to apply last year thats why I filled it out then, do I need to fill out another FAFSA form or do any kind of updating before I apply to college since its been a few months?
