my wife and I are no longer living each other but our kids ages 11 and 9 are still under our jurisdictions, me and my wife are both out of the country but different locations. Do I have spend to get my own lawyer? my concern is that, it's more practical to pay for my kids educations than to pay a lawyer... please help...
