Do I need to Learn HTML?

I am teaching myself some aspects of programming to put together a dynamic website backed up by databases. I am currently in the process of learning WebPlus X2 (website creation program), javascript, PHP, flash and MySQL. Will I have any need to buy a book to learn HTML? or will this not provide any advantage for me?
