do i NEED to flash my xbox 360?

so im in the process of downloading some games off a legit site, and ive seen a few tings about "flashing" your xbox. i've looked in to it, and it looks pretty darn complicated. do i need to flash my xbox to run these?






ALSO im NOT planning to be connected to xbox live while running this game.


Last thing, there is a process to "stealth" these disks, and im planning to do that just for more safety. will this alow me to not flash my xbox? thanks.
 
lol the thing that popped into my head when i read the question was "you wanna sexually molest your xbox and you need to know if you NEED to do it?" lol
